Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lift 50lbs
- ability to work in variable temperature and weather conditions
- ability to efficiently operate forklift and scrubber equipment
- frequent bending and twisting in performance of job functions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure the facility is functional
- facility upkeep including small plumbing repairs, replace light bulbs, small concrete repairs, small installs, hang signs and banners
- empty and clean outside the facility and empty all trash barrels throughout the facility
- mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment
- paint and plaster the walls
- point of contact for contractors
