This position is based at the El Paso, Texas location and involves working primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, during the early morning to midday shift from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Starting pay for this role ranges from $17.30 to $21.43 per hour based on experience. The job entails maintaining the operational functionality and cleanliness of the facility to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include routine facility upkeep such as small plumbing repairs, light bulb replacement, minor concrete repairs, installations, and hanging of signs and banners. The role also involves outdoor maintenance duties including emptying and cleaning trash barrels throughout the property and mopping areas that cannot be reached by scrubber equipment. Painting and wall plastering tasks are part of the scope to maintain the facility's aesthetic and structural integrity. Additionally, the employee will act as the primary point of contact for contractors, coordinating and facilitating any external work or services provided on-site.

This role requires a hands-on approach with physical duties, demanding the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under varying weather and temperature conditions. The employee must be adept at operating facility equipment such as forklifts and scrubber machines, for which certification is preferred. Frequent bending and twisting are expected as part of the job function. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively carry out instructions and interact with contractors and team members.
