The Building Concierge role serves as the essential first point of contact for all individuals entering the premises, embodying professionalism and attentiveness at all times. As a Building Concierge, your duties will encompass regulating building entry through verifying identities and issuing visitor passes while maintaining meticulous logs of all visitors, vendors, and deliveries. Providing exceptional customer service is paramount; you will greet tenants and guests, assist with inquiries and directions, and swiftly address and resolve any concerns. Security monitoring is integral to the role, requiring you to oversee CCTV and alarm systems actively and perform regular property patrols to deter and detect potential security issues. Your vigilance helps protect the building and its occupants by reporting any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.

You will also play a critical role in emergency response, reacting quickly and effectively to situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security threats according to established protocols. First aid and CPR administration might be required, alongside assisting with building evacuations when necessary. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to security incidents, maintenance requests, and other operational documentation. Additionally, you will prepare reports and provide support for various administrative tasks to aid the smooth running of building management.

Policy enforcement is another key aspect of the position, where you will implement building rules and regulations, addressing violations with professionalism and respect. Previous experience in commercial real estate or managing high-rise buildings is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with security systems and procedures.
