The Kitchen Operations Manager role is critical within Golden Corral’s restaurant structure. This position is designed for individuals who excel at multitasking within a high-volume casual dining setting and who have a passion for food quality and kitchen leadership. As a Kitchen Operations Manager, you will oversee the food production process and manage the Back-of-the-House activities, ensuring strict adherence to Golden Corral’s recipes and operational standards. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced work environment with no late-night shifts and who enjoy the challenges of buffet-style meal service.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain exceptional food quality while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and labor efficiency in the kitchen. You will be a key player in supporting overall restaurant operations and will occasionally fill in for the General Manager and Hospitality Manager during their absence.
