The Production Cook position at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa plays a critical role in the culinary operations by preparing food items in strict accordance with established standards and recipes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure food quality, portion control, and impeccable presentation. The position involves preparing food for various venues within the resort, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, and supporting smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be prepared to work in diverse settings such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise
