Job Duties
- Maintain buffet items and ensure their freshness and presentation
- Assist Food Servers in serving guests efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a fast-paced environment
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight as needed during shift
- Stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours
- Replenish buffet stations promptly to avoid shortages
- Maintain cleanliness around buffet and service areas
