Joining the team as a Department Manager offers an exciting, fast-paced role that puts you at the heart of the action. This position commands a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.10 to $25.75 and includes unique perks such as a 25% discount on food and alcohol when not working, which extends to up to three guests in your party. The role involves managing one of several critical departments within the restaurant—Heart of House (kitchen operations), Bar (alcohol and beverage service), or Hospitality (dining room service). Each department manager has primary responsibility within their area while collaborating with others to ensure the entire restaurant operates efficiently and delivers outstanding guest experiences.
As a Department Manager, you will lead and inspire team members, guide their development through training and coaching, and create vibrant shifts that resonate with both employees and guests. Your responsibilities will cover staffing, scheduling, recruitment, performance feedback, and motivating your team to engage fully with company promotions and initiatives. Managing quality control, inventory, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service practices are also part of your charge. Job Requirements

- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
