Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with Minnesota cannabis regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Cash handling and sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
- Verify customer identification and age requirements in accordance with Minnesota law
- Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, beverages, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and desired experiences
- Answer customer questions regarding product usage, effects, and responsible consumption
- Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Accurately process transactions using the dispensary point-of-sale system
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout each shift
- Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation procedures
- Report any discrepancies or concerns to management immediately
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Participate in routine inventory counts and audits
- Ensure products are properly labeled, displayed, and stored according to company standards
- Adhere to all Minnesota cannabis regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- Report damaged, expired, or missing products to management promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dispensary
