Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
- Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations
