At Buca di Beppo, employees are considered family members, a core principle that drives the company’s commitment to exceptional guest service. The restaurant values sincere, enthusiastic team members who contribute to the dynamic and celebratory culture that defines the Buca brand. With a vision to be the first choice for celebratory dining, Buca di Beppo focuses on delivering an over-the-top experience through vibrant Italian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to enjoy every moment.

The position of Wait Assistant at Buca di Beppo plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive attentive and prompt service. This role supports both servers and bartenders by running food and beverages, resetting tables efficiently, and maintaining a clean and orderly dining area. The role requires teamwork, positive communication, and a commitment to creating guest satisfaction, all while working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
