Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous bussing or similar restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to use all sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use positive communication
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation policies
- Adaptability to changing business needs and conditions
Job Duties
- Run food for servers and other wait assistants
- Reset tables, bar tops, and counter tops according to company standards
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry them to kitchens
- Clean up spilled food and drinks, and remove trash
- Pre-bus tables, wipe surfaces, and replace linens
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages upon request
- Stock refrigerating units and cabinets with wine, beer, and condiments
