Job Qualifications
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
- no prior restaurant experience required
- bussing or similar experience preferred
- ability to use all sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
Job Duties
- Run food and beverages to guests as needed
- reset tables, bar tops, and counter tops according to company standards
- scrape, stack, and transport dirty dishes to the kitchen
- clean spills and remove trash and empty bottles
- pre-bus and wipe tables, countertops, and seats
- prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages as requested by servers
- stock refrigerating units and serving areas with wines, beers, and condiments
