Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- basic understanding of food safety practices
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately

Job Duties
- prepare all menu items applicable to assigned station
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe line area
- ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- assist with inventory and stock management
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery
- support team initiatives and restaurant goals
