Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Good physical stamina and endurance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items applicable to assigned station according to specifications

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Buca di Beppo standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory and supply management
  • Support overall kitchen operations and team cohesion
