Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to use all sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items to specification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe line area
- Consistently prepare high-quality food in a timely manner
- Follow company recipes and specifications
- Monitor and test foods to ensure proper cooking
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately
- Stock stations to par levels and check equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas and tools
- Participate in line checks to maintain food quality
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization
- Use kitchen utensils and equipment safely
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
