The role of Delivery Driver at Buca di Beppo is an essential position that combines customer service, safe and timely food delivery, and support for restaurant operations. The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering the restaurant's famous Italian dishes and other menu items to customers with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring every order arrives fresh and on time. This role demands excellent navigational skills, attention to detail, cash handling capabilities, and the ability to work well within a team. Job Requirements

Thorough knowledge of local streets and routes
Ability to transport and carry delivery items including hotboxes and trays
Capable of processing cash and credit transactions
Ability to handle guest problems with professionalism
Skill in maintaining cleanliness and organization
Ability to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
Capacity to transfer supplies and equipment manually or using hand trucks
Ability to accurately process paperwork and payment transactions
Willingness to deliver marketing materials locally
Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license
Maintain an acceptable driving record and obey all traffic regulations
Basic cash handling skills
Ability to enter orders accurately into POS systems
Strong knowledge of the restaurant's brand and menu items
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to suggestively sell additional menu items
Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Deliver Italian food and other menu items to guests safely and promptly
Assist with food presentation, cleaning, and sanitation in the restaurant
Familiarize thoroughly with local streets and highway layouts for efficient delivery routes
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and enter orders into the POS system
Address and resolve guest issues courteously and professionally
Greet guests warmly when entering and leaving the restaurant
Support restaurant cleanliness and organization including setup and breakdown of dining and kitchen areas
