Job Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of local streets and routes
- Ability to transport and carry delivery items including hotboxes and trays
- Capable of processing cash and credit transactions
- Ability to handle guest problems with professionalism
- Skill in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Ability to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Capacity to transfer supplies and equipment manually or using hand trucks
- Ability to accurately process paperwork and payment transactions
- Willingness to deliver marketing materials locally
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Maintain an acceptable driving record and obey all traffic regulations
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to enter orders accurately into POS systems
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant's brand and menu items
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to suggestively sell additional menu items
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Deliver Italian food and other menu items to guests safely and promptly
- Assist with food presentation, cleaning, and sanitation in the restaurant
- Familiarize thoroughly with local streets and highway layouts for efficient delivery routes
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and enter orders into the POS system
- Address and resolve guest issues courteously and professionally
- Greet guests warmly when entering and leaving the restaurant
- Support restaurant cleanliness and organization including setup and breakdown of dining and kitchen areas
