Job Duties

  • deliver italian food and other menu items to guests in a courteous, safe, and timely manner
  • assist the store with food presentation, cleaning, and sanitation
  • understand the layout of local streets and highways including quickest and alternate routes
  • carry delivery items including containers, hotboxes, coolers, and trays
  • take guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • enter orders accurately into the POS system
  • handle guest issues efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • demonstrate knowledge of brand and menu items
  • suggestively sell additional menu items
  • check food quality to ensure freshness and safety
  • greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, prep areas, and restrooms
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance duties
  • transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
  • deliver local store marketing materials
  • perform any other duties assigned by management
