Job Duties
- deliver italian food and other menu items to guests in a courteous, safe, and timely manner
- assist the store with food presentation, cleaning, and sanitation
- understand the layout of local streets and highways including quickest and alternate routes
- carry delivery items including containers, hotboxes, coolers, and trays
- take guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- enter orders accurately into the POS system
- handle guest issues efficiently and in a friendly manner
- demonstrate knowledge of brand and menu items
- suggestively sell additional menu items
- check food quality to ensure freshness and safety
- greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, prep areas, and restrooms
- assist with cleaning and maintenance duties
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- deliver local store marketing materials
- perform any other duties assigned by management
