Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record and obey all traffic regulations while driving
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Must be physically capable of carrying delivery items and performing cleaning tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license

- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to operate POS system accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Familiarity with local delivery areas and routes
Job Duties
- Understand local street and highway layouts including quickest and alternate routes
- Transport and carry delivery items and objects including containers, hotboxes, coolers, and trays
- Take guests orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Possess basic cash handling skills
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Handle guest problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Suggestively sell additional menu items
- Check food quality to ensure freshness and safety
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, prep areas, and restrooms
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Deliver local store marketing materials to help increase sales
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
