Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Understand local street and highway layouts including quickest and alternate routes
  • Transport and carry delivery items and objects including containers, hotboxes, coolers, and trays
  • Take guests orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Possess basic cash handling skills
  • Enter orders accurately into the POS system
  • Handle guest problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Suggestively sell additional menu items
  • Check food quality to ensure freshness and safety
  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, prep areas, and restrooms
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
  • Deliver local store marketing materials to help increase sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
