In this role, you will act as an ambassador of fun and enthusiasm, bringing big energy and positivity to guest interactions. You will be responsible for managing queues with care and maintaining public areas in pristine condition to ensure an excellent first impression. The position also involves operational tasks such as following opening and closing procedures to help the attraction run smoothly. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 6 months experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus
