Job Requirements

  • Must be able to consistently work 30 hours a week
  • must be available to work weekends
  • maintain reliable transportation and travel to every store location in the region if necessary
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to consistently access online scheduling software and stay in communication with the store managers

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to consistently work 30 hours a week
  • must be available to work weekends
  • maintain reliable transportation and ability to travel to store locations
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • ability to safely lift up to 50lbs and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • consistently access online scheduling software and communicate with managers
  • knowledge of food safety laws (desired)
  • one year or more of customer service experience (desired)
  • experience with Aloha POS system (desired)

Job Duties

  • Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses
  • utilize in-house standards to increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern
  • provide drink refills and table service to prevent interruption of guest meals
  • maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, and expo area
  • deliver and explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests
  • ensure food meets taste, temperature, aesthetic, and portion standards
  • fulfill orders timely by prioritization and double checking
  • perform exemplary customer service at ordering counter
  • greet and bid farewell to guests with hospitality
  • promote and exhibit a culture of excellence, growth, and candor
  • make exceptions for guests when difficult
  • hold self and coworkers accountable with integrity and empathy
  • perform cash and credit sales responsibly, maintaining accuracy
  • stay aware of surroundings to ensure team safety
  • communicate important information to managers
  • fulfill assigned shift duties and assist others as necessary
  • serve alcohol responsibly according to guidelines when bartending
