Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of administrative and or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
  • proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA
  • authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative and or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
  • proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
  • excellent communications skills both oral and written
  • excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to office services brokers
  • create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks mostly in Adobe InDesign
  • maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings
  • enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoices, track commission payments
  • complete lease proposal comparisons in Excel and InDesign formats
  • create eblasts and social media posts
  • manage brokers bios, submit expense reimbursements and third-party invoices, schedule and host team and client meetings
  • prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work
  • handle transaction documents and oversee file management
