Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative and or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
- proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA
- authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of administrative and or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
- proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- excellent communications skills both oral and written
- excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to office services brokers
- create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks mostly in Adobe InDesign
- maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings
- enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoices, track commission payments
- complete lease proposal comparisons in Excel and InDesign formats
- create eblasts and social media posts
- manage brokers bios, submit expense reimbursements and third-party invoices, schedule and host team and client meetings
- prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work
- handle transaction documents and oversee file management
