Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid Food Handler Permit or be willing to obtain one before employment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 65 pounds
- Successful completion of all required trainings and certifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture and standards
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing exceptional service
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building relationships and fostering positivity
- Ensure speed, quality, and service by delivering accurate orders consistently
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability clearly
- Assist teammates as needed to support smooth operations
