Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
- Obtain and maintain a valid food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete and pass all required trainings including safety and operational protocols
- Able to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Must adhere to company policies as outlined in employee handbook
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented culture
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by fostering relationships and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Provide consistent speed, quality, and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up to work on time and communicating availability
- Help teammates and support the team whenever needed
