Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 65 lbs
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain positive
- Genuine interest in coffee and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers questions and educate them about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and values in every interaction
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service delivering exactly what customers ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude to uplift team and customer morale
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help team members and support operations as needed
