Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Mental math ability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including up to 10-hour shifts
Job Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- English proficiency in written and verbal communication
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and specials
- Embody Dutch Bros Coffee culture by building relationships with customers
- Ensure order consistency by delivering speed, quality, and accurate service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates by assisting where needed
