The role you are applying for is that of a Broista, which is much more than a barista at Dutch Bros Coffee. As a Broista, you become the foundation of the company culture, upholding the philosophy of "love all, serve all" through each interaction you have. This position is part-time or full-time and pays up to $16.00 per hour including an average tip of $6.00 per hour, providing an engaging and rewarding environment especially for those who thrive in team-centric roles and love to connect with people.

In this role, you will actively engage with customers daily. Greeting each customer with a smile, you provide a moment of special by helping them learn about the menu, products, and specials while embodying the inclusive and positive culture Dutch Bros is known for.
