- Availability to work up to 10-hour shifts including early mornings and late nights

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Physical ability to handle continuous movement and perform tasks involving lifting up to 65 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them with a smile and making genuine connections
- Educate customers about menu options and help them find new favorites while delivering excellent service
- Embody the core values of Dutch Bros by radiating kindness, showing dedication, and embracing early mornings and late nights
- Stay fast and focused by efficiently crafting high-quality drinks during busy shifts
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability clearly, and being ready to work at the start of every shift
- Keep the work area clean and follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
