Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and on time for scheduled shifts
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Current Food Handlers Certification if applicable
- Willingness to work at any shop within the operator's territory as needed

Job Duties
- Create drinks according to Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- Engage customers with a warm welcome and thank them with a smile
- Educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Arrive on time, follow Dutch Bros appearance guidelines, and be ready to serve
- Maintain a clean and inviting shop atmosphere, including appropriate music volume and content
- Collaborate effectively with team members and attend mandatory meetings
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
