Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
- Current Food Handlers Certification if required by state and local regulations
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week
- Ability to work flexible, ever-changing schedule
- Ability to maintain physical demands such as standing, lifting, and working in various temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate core values of speed, quality, and service

- Have reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts
- Have current Food Handlers Certification if applicable based on state and local laws
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to work at any shop within the Operator's territory as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to Dutch Bros standards and customer orders
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Educate customers on the menu, products, and specials to ensure they get exactly what they want
- Show up on time, adhere to Dutch Bros appearance guidelines, and be ready to serve
- Maintain shop cleanliness and an appropriate atmosphere including music volume and content
- Be a reliable teammate by attending meetings, following company policies, and supporting fellow employees
- Communicate availability and follow proper call out procedures
