The Broista position is a part-time role primarily responsible for preparing and serving Dutch Bros drinks in accordance with company standards while embodying the unique culture and core values of Dutch Bros Coffee. This position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service by creating a moment of special for every customer through a convenient and enjoyable experience. Broistas are expected to engage with customers by greeting them warmly, educating them on menu options and specials, and ensuring that each drink is made precisely to customer specifications. The role requires availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling options that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and the need to work at multiple store locations within an Operator's territory. A key part of this position is being punctual, adhering to appearance guidelines, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shop atmosphere that supports a positive customer experience.
