Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for shifts
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to stand and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and standards
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing friendly service
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building relationships beyond just serving beverages
- Ensure consistency in order accuracy, speed, and quality of service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism in the workplace
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
