As a Broista, you will engage with new people daily, greeting them with warmth and a smile, and educating customers about the menu and current specials. This role requires consistency in delivering speed, quality, and outstanding service to ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered. Moreover, you are expected to embody the company culture by being positive, reliable, and ready to support your colleagues whenever needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to complete and maintain all required trainings
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
