Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local laws
- Be punctual and maintain reliable transportation to ensure consistent shift attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently during shifts which may last up to 10 hours
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 65 lbs
- Complete and pass all required training programs and policy adherence
- Maintain written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- Adhere to company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Ability to handle work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to assist teammates and perform stooping, kneeling, or crawling as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and current specials

- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude to motivate teammates and customers
