Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or meet local regulations for working
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local laws
- Complete and pass all required training and certification programs
- Have reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Proficient written, oral, and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for shifts up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 65 lbs
- Adhere strictly to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience valued but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing memorable service
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options, specials, and products
