Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move quickly for up to 10-hour shifts
- capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 65 pounds
- reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- readiness to work in various weather conditions including rain or shine
- punctuality and dependable attendance
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- willingness to learn and participate in training and certification programs
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile and create genuine connections
- help customers navigate the menu and suggest new favorites

- work efficiently to prepare high-quality drinks while managing a busy shop
