Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete and pass all trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and ability to be punctual for shifts and meetings
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Written, oral, and verbal proficiency in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 65 lbs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 65 lbs
- Adaptability to various weather conditions
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold the culture and embody the values of Dutch Bros by fostering relationships
- Deliver orders with speed, quality, and consistent service
- Maintain a positive attitude and radiate kindness in every interaction
- Show up on time and communicate availability or call out properly
- Support teammates and assist with tasks as needed
