Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic mental math ability
- Food Handler Permit or Certification required prior to employment

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Proficiency in written and verbal English

Job Duties
- Engage customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by building relationships and delivering positive experiences
- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service to ensure customers get exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude to inspire optimism and friendliness
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to support overall store operations
