Job Requirements
- Must have or obtain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and ability to be punctual for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Completion and passing of company-specific training programs, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during shifts up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, or crawling if necessary
- Proficient written, oral, and verbal English communication skills
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in other languages valued
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide memorable customer experiences
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials to meet their individual needs
- Uphold and embody Dutch Bros Coffee culture by fostering relationships and promoting positivity
- Ensure consistent delivery of speed, quality, and service by preparing accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Arrive on time and communicate availability needs while following proper call-out procedures
- Assist team members as needed to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction
