Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old or meet local labor laws
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to punctuality and dependable attendance
- Maintain a positive attitude and high energy even during busy periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and making genuine connections
- Educate customers about the menu and help them discover new favorites while providing excellent service
- Embody Dutch Bros values by radiating kindness and commitment during every shift
- Work efficiently to craft quality drinks while keeping pace in a busy environment
- Show up on time, communicate availability clearly, and be ready to work at the start of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and adhere to food safety standards
