Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
  • Complete, pass, and maintain all company-mandated trainings and certifications
  • Have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts and meetings
  • Be physically capable of standing, walking, and performing tasks up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
  • Comply with all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
  • Maintain strong communication skills in English
  • Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and perform occasional physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
  • Ability to perform mental math quickly
  • Adaptability to changing work environments
  • Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
  • People-oriented mindset with a positive, team-player attitude

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing a special experience
  • Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and current specials
