Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Be punctual and reliable with transportation to ensure on-time arrival for shifts
  • Complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication skills
  • Perform mental math as needed for cash transactions
  • Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crawl, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Follow proper call out procedures and communicate availability clearly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards and obtain a Food Handler Permit as required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers, greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
  • Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
  • Embody the company culture focused on relationships and community
  • Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among teammates and customers
  • Be reliable by showing up on time and following proper call out procedures
  • Help out teammates and support as needed
