Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to complete and pass company trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active during shifts, including lifting up to 65 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including up to 10-hour shifts
- Familiarity with company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and expressing gratitude with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by fostering strong customer relationships
- Ensure accuracy, speed, and quality in fulfilling customer orders
