Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Adherence to company policies and procedures including those in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Successful completion and maintenance of all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing and walking for up to 10 hours, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Commitment to providing consistent and high-quality customer service
- Ability to perform mental math for handling cash transactions

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or Certification (or ability to obtain)
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing a memorable experience
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture focused on relationships and community impact
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to deliver accurate customer orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
