Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures including those in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
  • Successful completion and maintenance of all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing and walking for up to 10 hours, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions
  • Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
  • Commitment to providing consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Ability to perform mental math for handling cash transactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to learn
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Food Handler Permit or Certification (or ability to obtain)
