Job Duties
- Prepare center of the plate items quickly and efficiently to company recipes and standards
- Coordinate efforts of Broiler Assistants to ensure timely order completion
- Manage timing of orders to optimize kitchen workflow
- Maintain quality control for all prepared items
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Participate in food safety and certification programs
