Job Duties

  • Prepare center of the plate items quickly and efficiently to company recipes and standards
  • Coordinate efforts of Broiler Assistants to ensure timely order completion
  • Manage timing of orders to optimize kitchen workflow
  • Maintain quality control for all prepared items
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Participate in food safety and certification programs
