As a Broiler Chef, you will play a key role in managing food orders to support timely and efficient meal delivery, contributing directly to the guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to use a top broiler and other kitchen equipment safely
  • Good physical stamina for standing and working in busy kitchen conditions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a broiler chef or similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of broiling, grilling, and sautéing techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Broil, grill, and/or sauté proteins to desired doneness using a top broiler
  • Coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations
