Broiler Chefs are responsible for preparing meats using broiling, grilling, and sautéing techniques to achieve the desired doneness and presentation. As a Broiler Chef, you will play a key role in managing food orders to support timely and efficient meal delivery, contributing directly to the guest experience. You will work closely with other chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure that each dish is prepared according to the recipe and presentation guidelines. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen
- Ability to use a top broiler and other kitchen equipment safely
- Good physical stamina for standing and working in busy kitchen conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
