Sullivan's Steakhouse, a distinguished division of Dividend Restaurant Group, is currently looking to hire Broiler Chefs. This role is vital in delivering the high-quality dining experience Sullivan’s is known for. As a Broiler Chef, you will be responsible for preparing proteins to perfection using broiling, grilling, sautéing, and various cooking techniques with a focus on quality, timing, and presentation. This position requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting seamless kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

  • At least six months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handler certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of broiling, grilling, and sautéing techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté, and to use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor food quality and consistency
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
