The Associate Producer role is a pivotal position within the Church’s production team, focused on delivering impactful broadcast, live event, and video projects. The Associate Producer assists in the entire production lifecycle from initial concept and design through development, execution, and post-production. Responsibilities include researching and gathering materials, supporting content and cost/benefit analysis, organizing scripts and presentations, conducting IP checks, and ensuring timely delivery of final products.
This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound judgment to build trust among global teams and stakeholders. The Associate Producer works closely with Resource Managers, Production Coordinators, and external vendors to assemble the right teams and deliver compelling content that resonates spiritually and emotionally with audiences. Utilizing project management tools like Workfront, the position requires proactive monitoring of project health and clear communication about timelines and risks to maintain stakeholder confidence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two to three years' experience in theatrical, broadcast or events production or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Understanding of technical and production workflows
- Knowledge of industry best practices and communication technologies
- Passion for high levels of customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in delivering broadcast, live event and video projects from concept through completion
- Plan, design, develop, and produce content
- Research and obtain materials necessary for production
- Assist producers with content, production, and cost/benefit decisions
- Organize scripts, presentations, and special introductions
- Oversee post-production of final products
- Perform intellectual property checks and administrative tasks assigned by producer
- Monitor project health using project management software
- Communicate timelines and risks proactively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, service partners, and vendors to deliver outstanding results
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
