The role of the Sous Chef is integral to the successful operation of our kitchen. Reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will assist in managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring that all food preparation meets the company’s high standards. This position demands expertise in overseeing inventory control, food production, and food service management while maintaining adherence to state, federal, local, and health department standards. The Sous Chef is responsible for implementing company philosophy and culture within the kitchen, acting as a leader and mentor to the culinary team. This role requires exceptional skills in team management and leadership as the Sous Chef oversees food production in a fast-paced environment and ensures proper storage and handling of food items.

The successful candidate will be experienced in kitchen management, catering, and banquet operations, bringing versatility and a broad skill set that includes bartending capabilities. The Sous Chef will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen by supervising food preparation and managing staff effectively to achieve a seamless service. Job Requirements
