We are currently seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary family. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality menu items. The Prep Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, and setting up food production areas in alignment with company standards. This position requires maintaining superior cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all workstations and equipment throughout each shift. The Prep Cook acts as a vital team player, helping to foster a workplace culture that aligns with our company values and standards. Candidates should be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision while enduring the physical demands of the role, such as constant movement and standing for extended periods. The Prep Cook will also uphold and strictly adhere to health and sanitation regulations to maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. In addition to daily food prep tasks, responsibilities include coordinating with chefs to review assignments and anticipated business levels, inspecting and maintaining cleanliness of workstations, and organizing all prep items needed to ensure seamless service.

Experience of one to two years in food preparation or equivalent training is preferred.
