Job Requirements
- one to two years experience and/or training preferred
- ability to maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests
- ability to endure physical movements throughout the work area
- ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- knowledge of state sanitation and health regulations
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
