We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Job Requirements

  • One to two years of experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests within any given period of time
  • Physical stamina to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • Ability to start prep work on items needed for menu items independently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of line workstations

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years experience and/or training preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
