Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- food handler's certification or equivalent
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
- ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency in a clean, safe, profitable, and fun environment
- lead the BOH team in food preparation and line set up according to recipes and procedures
- hire, train, and retain skilled BOH employees while providing ongoing development and coaching
- manage food costs, labor, and training budgets to meet or exceed financial objectives
- utilize guest feedback and food review data to improve food quality and guest satisfaction
- enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies and conduct regular training for employees
