Job Requirements
- Meets minimum age requirement for the service of alcoholic beverages
- Two years experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations
- Ability to maintain complete knowledge of alcoholic menu items, drink preparation, and bar setup
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Capable of maintaining a professional and ethical manner
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain bar area and equipment using opening and closing checklists
- Ensure prompt, friendly service in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor and comply with state liquor laws, especially regarding service to minors and intoxicated patrons
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, glassware, and garnishes
- Process guest orders and payments including credit card transactions
